- Serving on the Education Committee with Diane Wingard helped boost my participation in ASPE.
- Public design work like schools and transit stations has been rewarding.
- Constantly working to improve the way we do our work and keeping up with how it is evolving.
What first got you interested in the plumbing engineering field?
I was in pump sales for a number of years - applying all my experience about hydraulics was very motivating.
What are the most exciting or rewarding aspects of your work?
Helping others to learn and reach for their goals.
What is one of the most interesting plumbing design challenges you have encountered?
Calculating the exact volume of hot water required for a group of showers.
What is your favorite hobby or pastime outside of work?
Horology - clock and watch repair.
